As detailed below, the district seeks to replace some of its Wireless Access Points (WAPs) and mounting brackets at ERate eligible and ineligible locations. Project 1 consists of only the WAP purchase, mounts and associated installation. The Aruba Support and Aruba Central licensing for the WAPs in Project 1 are included in Project 2. Approximately 2,347 of the 2,495 access points will be installed at eligible locations. Part 1A - E-Rate Eligible Remove and Replace 2,347 Wireless Access Points (WAPs) and mounts in 50 educational sites eligible for E-Rate support. Part 1B - E-Rate Ineligible Locations Remove and Replace 148 Wireless Access Points (WAPs) with district provided mounts in eight (8) administrative buildings, not eligible for E-Rate support. Albuquerque Public Schools reserves the right to enter into a One (1) year contract with a Three (3) year option with the awarded Offeror(s). Estimated Contract Award Date: 03/21/2025 Deadline for Questions 12/10/2024 @ 5:00pm (local time)
