The North Clackamas School District requests bids for the above-referenced project. The scope of work includes roofing repairs including but not limited to the removal of existing roofing from roof edge flashing at gutter and rake edges, preparation of edge metal to receive liquid-applied flashing membrane, installation of liquid-applied flashing membrane to integrate the existing edge metal flashing into the existing roof edge in a watertight manner, installation of elastomeric coating system over select locations, and the installation of fibered aluminum coating system over select locations. As well as the replacement of (6) six unit-skylights with external fall protection as identified in the solicitation documents prepared by Professional Roof Consultants, Inc.
