Renovation of a mixed-use development in Milwaukie, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The North Clackamas School District requests bids for the above-referenced project. The scope of work includes roofing repairs including but not limited to the removal of existing roofing from roof edge flashing at gutter and rake edges, preparation of edge metal to receive liquid-applied flashing membrane, installation of liquid-applied flashing membrane to integrate the existing edge metal flashing into the existing roof edge in a watertight manner, installation of elastomeric coating system over select locations, and the installation of fibered aluminum coating system over select locations. As well as the replacement of (6) six unit-skylights with external fall protection as identified in the solicitation documents prepared by Professional Roof Consultants, Inc. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 Protests, Technical Questions, Requests for Clarification or Changes of Specifications and/or Bidding Requirements, including Substitution Requests, must be received by the purchasing specialist in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid closing date and time. First-tier subcontractor lists, if applicable, shall be submitted, preferably in a separate envelope (or email), by 4:00 PM Pacific Time, on January 21, 2025. The North Clackamas School District encourages bids from Minority, Women, Veteran Owned, and Emerging Small Businesses. Resulting contract is a Public Work, ORS 279C.800 though 279C.870, BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable Owner's Representative: Leif Palmer, Facility Operations Supervisor, (503) 353-6058 North Clackamas School District has set an Aspirational Goal on the 2016 Bond program to firms that are certified by the State of Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity ("COBID") as Minority Business Enterprise Program (MBE); Women Business Enterprise Program (WBE); Emerging Small Business Program (ESB); Service Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (SDVBE); Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) or that self-identify as one of these firms. The District's Aspirational Goal for COBID participation in the Contract resulting from this RFP or ITB is 15%. This means that, of the total amount the District pays for the Contract resulting from this RFP or ITB, 15% or more is paid to COBID firms. Such payment may be made by the District, its prime contractors, or subcontractors.
