REBID - 1318 West Adams Emergency Work Question Cut Off Date: 2/5/2025 05:00:00 PM (CT) The City of Kirkwood has an existing 6" cast iron waterline that runs between the properties of 1314 W. Adams and #1318 W. Adams and is located outside the existing utility easement. The City's waterline is approximately six (6) to eight (8) feet outside the utility easement, impeding the private property of 1318 W. Adams. Its location conflicts with a future retaining wall at 1318 W. Adams. The City of Kirkwood seeks to hire a licensed contractor to complete four (4) water service transfer extensions between 1314 and 1318 W. Adams properties. The four (4) private water services serve 1312 W. Adams, 1314 W. Adams, 1318 W. Adams, and 2 Larkspur Lane. The project shall include cutting and capping the existing 6" waterline, south of the proposed taps.
