Project Includes but is Not Limited to the Road Widening at the Intersection of Jack Lee Dr. And Old Morton Rd, Culvert Replacement, Fence Removal and Replacement, Water Line Removal and Replacement, and All Other Work Required in the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents. Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Must Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Intructions to Bidders. Attorneys-in-fact Who Sign Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds or Performance Bonds Must File With Each Bond a Certified and Effective Dated Copy of Their Power of Attorney.
