Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Must Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Intructions to Bidders. Attorneys-in-fact Who Sign Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds or Performance Bonds Must File With Each Bond a Certified and Effective Dated Copy of Their Power of Attorney.
