This RFP invites qualified Proposers to submit proposals to provide providing flow monitoring services at approximately 260 sites of small- to large- diameter sewers across multiple Districts, throughout Los Angeles County. The Flow Monitoring objective is to record reliable raw data at least every 5 minutes and transmit to the Firms website at least once every 15 minutes. The flow meters shall be capable of measuring depth and velocity during surcharge events. Question Cut-Off Date: 01/22/2025 Any questions regarding this bid must be directed per the instructions listed within the bid package. The initial term of the contract shall be up to 36 months, from July 2025 to July 2028, with an option to extend the monitoring for another three years. The Districts reserve the right to change site locations and add or remove measurement sites throughout the duration of the Agreement. The Districts does not guarantee that the term will meet or exceed a 36-month duration.
