Convert existing soft surface trail south of the south parking lot to 8' wide concrete trail; Convert approximately 1100 LF of existing gravel service road drive to a 12' wide concrete drive along the south property line from FM 428 to the termination of the existing concrete service drive.; Construct a building pad for a prefabricated restroom facility between the soccer fields on the north end of these soccer fields. This work will include extending sanitary sewer, water and electrical service to the proposed prefabricated restroom facility; Replace the concrete walking surface that has separated from the retaining walls at the two existing handicap ramps (approximately 40 LF total) at the two eastern baseball fields located in the southern fourplex of baseball fields Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,500,000.00.
