Reference Number 0000371501 Central Health is developing a Pre-Qualified List of engineering firms and requests interested firms to provide a Statement of Qualifications for utilization on small to mid-sized projects (typically sub 20,000 square feet; scope and costs will be used as an indicator of the project size) on its existing and planned properties throughout Travis County, Austin, Texas. Central Health is expanding rapidly and is expecting multiple renovation projects in the small to mid-size realm and intends to use pre-qualified lists to accelerate the construction timelines. Qualifications sought from firms: Engineering - Licensed professionals in one or more engineering professions, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, environmental, plumbing, geotechnical, structural, civil, and landscaping. Basic Services (design development, construction documents, construction administration). Additional Services (record drawings, sustainable design, bidding/negotiation/price discussions, CAD/BIM drawing, feasibility studies, mitigation planning, investigative site assessments and reporting).
