Reference Number 0000371497 The Town of Scituate Land Trust (the Town) seeks to engage the services of a contractor to construct a parking area of approximately 5100 square feet on the west side of North Road opposite Baldwin Drive according to the following specifications. 2. The Town will cut trees and perform initial site preparation. 3. The Town will perform installation of the 10' x 24'bituminous pavement apron at the parking lot entrance and for the 20' x 18' ADA parking space and access aisle. All other construction will be performed by the contractor. General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Prevailing Wage Required The Town of Scituate Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or Any Parts Thereof; to Waive Informalities and Technicalities; and, to Accept That Bid Which the Town and Purchasing Agent Deem to Be in the Best Interest of the Town, Whether or Not It is the Lowest Dollar Bid.
