Renovate the District's administration office area (the "Work") as more particularly describe in Exhibit B attached hereto and in accordance with the terms of the contract attached as Exhibit D. Questions Due to HCS for Submission to Owner by: Thursday, January 09, 2025 @3pm SUBMIT BIDS AND/OR QUESTIONS TO:bids@hcs-gc.com Questions regarding the procurement process or the scope of the Project must be submitted in writing via e-mail or online no later than 3:00 p.m. (CST) Friday, January 10, 2025. 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES 2.1 General The District is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, tools, machinery, transportation, storage, supervision, and services necessary, required or reasonably inferable, to renovate the District's administration office area (the "Work") as more particularly describe in Exhibit B attached hereto and in accordance with the terms of the contract attached as Exhibit D. 2.3 Timeline for Performance Time of completion shall be set forth in the contract attached as Exhibit D. Contractor's Bid Form (Exhibit A) shall set forth a proposed timeline for completion of the Work after commencement. The final schedule for commencement and completion of the Work shall be approved by the District and the successful Bidder, and shall be set forth in the Contract. 2.4 Location of Site The work for the Project will be completed at several locations within the District's Community Center as indicated in the plans and specifications for the Project. Anticipated Staff recommendation to the Board of Directors: Thursday, February 13, 2025 Anticipated Work Commencement Date: Monday, February 18, 2025 The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
