Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of September 11, 2025, construction is on hold. The project scope of work includes Limestone masonry replacement & repairs, steel lintels, exterior painting, exterior caulking and window repairs. The construction manager is currently seeking subcontractor prequalification information.
