Reference Number 0000371389 The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor and equipment for the removal and disposal of sewage sludge from the Ossining, Peekskill and Port Chester Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) for the period of March 1, 2025 to February 29, 2028, subject to appropriations. The Contract may be extended by mutual consent of the Contractor and the County of Westchester for three (3) additional one year option periods with all prices, terms and conditions remaining the same as the original contract. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 30 % - Payment Bond 30 % The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for thirty (30) percent of the Total Amount Bid. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids or to reject any or all bids.
