The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers for the following Bid Packages: BP#02A Structural Demolition BP#02B Asbestos & Hazardous Abatement BP#014 Elevator Decommissioning BP#15B HVAC Demolition BP#31A Earthwork, Drainage, Utilities, Paving, Curbs, Walk Demolition BP#32A Landscaping & Sod BP#32B Temporary Chain Link Fencing & Gate BP#32C Rodent and Pest Control The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall endeavor and utilize good faith efforts to secure the participation of qualified SBE/ MBE / & WBE firms to increase their participation in the Bonaire Tower Demolition project. The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers has targeted the following percentages: (a) Twenty (20%) goal for SBE/MBE (b) and a Five (5%) Goal for WBE Construction Related Goods and Services Related Participation. Subcontractors bidding more than one package and/or combined bids shall submit such bids in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked as to the contents.
