Reference Number 0000284432 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/16 12:00:00 PM CST Supply of Precast Prestressed Concrete Channel Girders for a two span bridge over Canada Creek on PR 450, 17.8km South of PTH 3 (Vicinity of Metigoshe), Bridge Site No. 2884-10. The Work also includes fabrication and supply of twenty four (24) precast concrete barriers. The Work shall be completed by no later than APRIL 30, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages after the specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) Dollars per Calendar Day until the Work is completed. Owner may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the preferred Bidder and reject its Bid. If a preferred Bidder is rejected, the Bidder with the second-lowest Total Price becomes the preferred Bidder, and so on until either a Contract is awarded to a qualified Bidder having submitted a compliant Bid or the Tender is cancelled.
