MnDOT requests letters of interest for two standalone sign replacement projects. This Pre-qualification announcement will be used to award up to two separate professional/technical contracts. MnDOT anticipates that selected responders (up to two) will be awarded one contract per firm. The letters of interest will be used as a basis to award the remaining contracts for the projects below. It will be MnDOT's decision how to divide these projects among the successful responders. a standalone sign replacement project along Trunk Highway (TH) 694 between the east junction with TH 35E in Vadnais Heights and TH 94 in Woodbury. The project includes sign replacement within the project limits, including one overhead truss structure and six bridge mounted sign structures, and associated guardrail impacts. The goal of these projects is to replace signs, markers, delineators, and extruded panel overlays to achieve MnDOT life cycle requirements for sign replacement within the standards and guidelines of the current editions of the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MN MUTCD) and MnDOT Traffic Engineering Manual.
