Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work includes removing and disposing of existing asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk, and ADA ramp, the construction of new concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter, ADA ramp, installation of road base and asphalt pavement, striping, and signing. The work must be completed before UDOT mobilizes to install a new traffic signal at the Gardner Ln (8660 South) and Redwood Rd intersection. The Work must be completed within Sixty (60) calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All such questions should be received by Thursday, January 23rd, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. MST The Bidder shall list his or her contractor s license number and date of expiration of the contractor s license in the bid
