Estimate: $2,270,000.00 Title: Brett Brooks, Window Replacement 2025 RL The work shall be completed on or before 08/01/2025 from the Notice to Proceed and in general the Project includes: The project consists of replacing all the existing windows with new clad-wood windows; painting of exterior and interior trim/doors/columns; replacing of existing wood trim and sills; replacing of existing masonry, infilling select below-grade window openings and backfilling. Wages rates are listed in the contract form portion of the specification book. Each Filed Sub Bid and General Bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of the total bid. Deposits shall be in the form of a BID BOND, TREASURER'S or CASHIER'S CHECK payable to the University of Massachusetts. Deposits shall be returned in accordance with the law.
