The scope of work includes but is not limited to, demolition and removal of the existing on-site building, structures concrete, and landscaping. The project will also include the cutting and capping of the existing sewer and water utilities. The Council of the City of Fresno has adopted Resolution No.82-297 ascertaining the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and per diem wages for holidays and overtime in the Fresno area for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed in the execution of contracts for the City. This informal bid is for contract amounts under the amount required for formal advertised bidding (currently $172,000). An award for more than that amount cannot be made on the basis of this bid.
