Scope of Services CapMetro seeks a contractor to provide, install, test, and commission two new Defect Detection systems along the central subdivision, as well as upgrade existing defect detectors on the East and West Subdivision. The overall goal of the project is to establish Defect Detector Sites that will detect and transmit information regarding train-related issues that may encroach on the integrity of CapMetro's corridor and safety or rail operations.
