The City of Anaheim ("City") Public Utilities Department ("APU") provides electric and water service to approximately 360,000 residents and 15,000 businesses located in Anaheim. The Central Purchasing Office ("CPO"), on behalf of APU, is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to qualified respondents. The primary objective is to procure transformers that meet the minimum qualifications, terms, and conditions as outlined in this RFP and comply with the specifications in Attachments A through F. The successful proposer shall furnish and deliver the transformers based on the agreed upon timeline. After selecting a successful respondent, the City will negotiate an agreement that substantially conforms to the requirements stated in Attachment G - Model Contract. Any Contract between the City and the successful respondent would take effect upon execution by both Parties. The City of Anaheim (City) intends to procure Electrical Utility Transformers. The preferred delivery date for these transformers is 40 months after contract execution.
