Waterline Contract 3: Groundwater Wells Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts: Contract No. 1 - 2.5 miles of 4" - 10" PVC waterline and a gravel drive | Owner's budget - $700,000 Contract No. 2 - 1.5 miles of 4" PVC waterline | Owner's budget - $200,000 Contract No. 3 - Two 45 GPM groundwater wells & electrical service | Owner's budget - $350,000 Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1.2 million. The Project has an expected duration of 240 days. This project is funded through KDHE SRF, which imposes Buy-American and Prevailing Wages requirements. Doc notes: A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 will be required for the hard-copy Drawings and Specifications. There will be no refund for this deposit.
