Renovation of a mixed-use development in Waynesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and theater / auditorium.
**As of February 24, 2025, project was awarded to Rowell Heating and Air but awarded amount is not available. SCOPE: Over has an existing Trane Built-up AHU paired with two Trane TWA180B300DA Condensing Units3 that needs replacement. INSTALLATION: Contractor to provide and install the systems as detailed below: Equipment: o Install new Carrier 48FCDN30111M5-3W3Q0 27.5 ton 2-stage Gas/Electric Package unit with Htunidimizer Active dehumidification, Phase Monitor, 2-speed VFD Display Kit, Louvered Hail/Coil Guards, Winter start control. MicroMed ECE-MRT69CA-DODB-4 Horizontal Economizer, and SystemVu Control. o Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, disposal of old equipment. Crane Cost, Gas Piping per current code requirements, condensate drain piping, approved emergency condensate cut-off designed for use with the specified rooftop equipment, new disconnect and associated wiring, controls and control wiring. permits and fees, labor, etc. for a complete installation. o Equipment to have 5 year all parts warranty, 1 year labor warranty. and 10 year heat exchanger warranty. For the service, labor & materials required to remove and replace the HVAC System at the Office Park Auditorium building (715 W 6th Street, Waynesboro, GA 30830).
