Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For the 2025 Concrete Curb and Sidewalk Bid which involves the replacement of existing concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, and driveway aprons on various streets in the Township. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
