CR Number: 2117126 The RFQ for this project was originally held on 12/4/24. Due to administrative reasons, we are reattempting to solicit this project. OPWDD's Capital District DDSO is looking to obtain bids for the drain repair at our campus located at Building 9, 500 Balltown Rd, Schenectady per the attached scope of work. The Capital District DDSO is a tax-exempt state agency. A tax-exempt certificate will be supplied upon request. This is a NYS Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid Any questions or requests for clarification regarding the information provided may be directed to psespurchasing@opwdd.ny.gov. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Building 9 is located on the OPWDD O.D. Heck Campus in Schenectady, NY. A 50 ft section of the main sewer pipe is sagging and does not allow for proper drainage. The pipe is believed to be a 4" pipe buried 3 - 4 ft underneath a concrete slab. It carries waste from the second floor and connects with a kitchen and 3 bathrooms on the first floor.
