Wyandotte Public Schools will accept bids from qualified contractors for addition and renovations to: Wyandotte Public Schools - Wilson Middle School 1275 15 th Street, Wyandotte, MI 48192 Last Day for RFIs (Requests for Information) will be JANUARY 13TH, 2025. Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. 100% Surety Bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. Bonds must be submitted on the forms provided. No alteration(s) to the form will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Owner. THE WORK, ADDITION A. The project includes all material, labor, tools, equipment, field engineering, and transportation necessary to complete all work as identified in these Specifications. This includes all items not specifically mentioned, but incidental to the work to provide a complete and operational product. B. This work includes, but is not limited to the replacement of the existing gymnasium flooring and game markings: 1. Place barricades for safety. 2. All temporary construction required including the one-hour fire and smoke barriers between existing and new addition during construction. 3. Clean all debris caused by work. C. Contractor shall field verify extent of work required for system addition in accordance with contract documents.
