A proposed construction schedule, traffic control plan, and erosion control plan will be provided to Public Works at a Pre-Construction Meeting. When needed, the TOWN will issue with reasonable promptness written or verbal clarifications or interpretations of the requirements of the Contract Documents. These shall be consistent with the intent of and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents. Such written clarifications and interpretations will be binding on the TOWN and CONTRACTOR. If the TOWN or CONTRACTOR believes that a written clarification or interpretation justifies an adjustment in the Contract Price or the Contract Times and the Parties are unable to agree to the amount or extent thereof, if any, the TOWN or CONTRACTOR may make a written claim therefore.
