The Project includes the following Work: A Base Bid of 4,455 square foot truck bay facility and an Alternate Bid of an 8,950 square foot truck bay with office facility. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days. Instructions to Bidders for all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
