Award will be made to overall low bidder meeting the requirements of the bid. Deliveries accepted Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM except for holidays, weekends, or times of disaster. Vendor must call Jonathan Merritt at (225)620-4576 at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to delivery. Amount of bid bond required: addressed in the special terms and conditions section if applicable. Amount of performance bond, if required: addressed in the special terms and conditions section The state of louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for cause by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the contractor of such termination for any of the following non-exclusive reasons: (a) failure to deliver within the time specified in the contract; (b) failure of the product or service to meet specifications, conform to sample quality or to be delivered in good condition; or, (c) any other breach of contract.
