Please accept this as an invitation to submit sealed bids to the Russell County Commission for the purchase of one (or more) outdoor LED signs in calendar year 2025. The bid is for one sign, installation on poles (poles to be set by the county maintenance department), warranty, operating system, and to make the sign fully operational. If the amount would change with additional signs purchased, please provide details. All bids must be sealed and must have LED SIGN BID written on the outside of the envelope or package. BID SPECIFICATIONS Please quote a sign that has the following specifications. If any of the provided specifications cannot be met or if you would like to propose an alternate solution, please provide as many details as possible or the bid may not be considered. Potential awarding of this bid may result in an extension for additional signs beyond what is requested in this bid. ITEM: Outdoor LED Sign o Matrix: 48" x 96" o Two-sided o Full Color o Programable o Cellular capable (and connected) with remote programing o Must work with SM Infinity cloud ware for digital advertising o Note: If another system is quoted, the other two signs owned by the county must operate on the same system for the new sign quoted. o Able to receive and display emergency alerts o Pixel Pitch: 12mm o Minimum of 7-year warrant on all parts (specify if the warrant is different) o Company must provide on-site replacement service o Must support live diagnostics o Must operate on low power o Must include lightning and vandalism protection (describe) o If requested, the bidder must provide access to an identical sign that is already in service for inspection by the commission chairman prior to bid award.
