S. 136-28.10, a North Carolina General Contractors license may be waived for SBE contracts. For this project, the North Carolina General Contractors license will be waived. Per G. S. 136-28.10, contract payment and performance bonds may be waived. For this project, the contract payment and performance bonds will be waived. The date of availability for this project is March 3, 2025. The date of completion for this project is May 12, 2026.
