Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bon Air, Virginia. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work: Robious Road at Cranbeck Road Pedestrian Signal Project involves the construction ADA curb ramp improvements and associated traffic signal modifications to improve pedestrian access at the intersections of Robious Road and Robious Road and Cranbeck Road. The work will include grading, asphalt paving, sidewalk and ADA ramps, erosion & sediment control, signage, pavement markings, traffic signal, street lighting and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Upon request, electronic documents will be provided via e-mailed download link File Transfer at no cost to the bidder, or provided on a CD or flash drive for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 if picked up or $25.00 if delivered. Any and all questions and/ or requests for interpretation of bid documents must be submitted in writing to ATCS, PLC, Chris Colson, P.E., ccolson@atcsplc.com by 5:00 PM on January 10, 2025.
