All Prime Contractors Bidding on This Work Must Specify This Requirement for Subcontractor Bonds in Their Written or Published Request for Subcontractor Bids. Failure to Comply With This Requirement Shall Not Preclude Contractor From Complying With the Subcontractor Bonding Requirements. Bonds Are Required for Each Specification Section or Combination of Sections Which Exceed(S) the Limit Listed Above.
