Site work and renovation of a civil project in Baytown, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to demolish the existing Lift Station #1, List Station #2, splitter box, grit pumps, Clarifier No. 1 WAS pumps, belt press building, sludge transfer pump station, and chemical facility, and replace with new belt press facility, chemical feed and storage facility, grit pumps and panels, influent lift station, sludge transfer pumps, WAS pumps, electrical equipment, effluent pipe outfall, miscellaneous structural improvements, and plant security components at the City of Baytown East District Wastewater Treatment Plant (ED WWTP) and all other necessary appurtenances for a fully functioning facility as described in the contract drawings and specifications. The deadline for bid questions is 4:00 pm on 02/06/2025. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to purchasing@baytown.org.
