Renovation of a parking garage in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The project includes structural repair and maintenance to city parking decks 2-8. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Birmingham Parking Authority, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds, and insurance in compliance with requirements, will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
