Completed plans call for the addition of a 630-square-foot educational facility; for the remodel of a 1,900-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of a 630 SF addition and a 1,900 SF remodel of the existing administrative spaces. The project includes earthwork, utilities, site concrete, seeding, building concrete, structural steel, rough carpentry, architectural casework and countertops, air barriers, metal wall panels, roofing, firestopping, sealants, hollow metal and wood doors, aluminum storefront, glass and glazing, gypsum board assemblies, tile, flooring, acoustical ceilings, specialties, window treatments, mechanical, and electrical. A bid bond is not required.
