Nassau Community College (the College) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms (Consultants or Firms) to provide design and construction administration services on a variety of projects, as assigned by the College. Effective Period of Offer: This offer shall remain in effect for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the RFP submission date and is irrevocable. Question Deadline 01/08/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Administrative Questions shall be submitted via email to Yogeeta.Zafonte@ncc.edu. Responses will be issued by the College in the form of an Addendum to this RFP. The College reserves the right to amend this RFP, to reject any or all of the proposals or any part thereof, submitted in response to this RFP, and reserves the right to waive informalities, if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the College. The College reserves the right to request additional information from any Proposer. The submission of a proposal gives permission to the College and to its consultants to make inquiries concerning the Contractor and its principals, officers and directors to any persons or firms the College deems appropriate. RFP date notes: When submitting the proposal, please send a separate email to the RFP contact identified in Paragraph 3 above to advise that the proposal has been submitted. If the proposal is being sent electronically via email, paper documents will not be required. Alternatively, Proposers can submit paper proposals. In this case, the College requires one (1) original (Clearly Labeled), plus five (5) copies, of the entire Proposal in a properly labeled and sealed envelope. In addition, the College requires a thumb drive that includes electronic copies of all the documents submitted in the Proposal. Faxed and late proposals will not be considered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
