Town of Sutton North Hill Road Phase 2 Storm Sewer Project This project will be partially funded by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) through the WV Department of Economic Development's WV Community Advancement and Development (WV CAD) office and may also be partially funded by the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Authority's (FEMA) Pre-disaster Mitigation Program (PDM) through the WV Emergency Management Division (WVEMD) office. The Project (Contract No. 1) includes the following Work: Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 480 LF of 30 HDPE storm pipe; 5 catch basins or manholes; and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract Times for Contract: 60 calendar days to substantial completion and 90 calendar days to complete work ready for final payment. All bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee Bond payable to the Owner for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
