The City of Jefferson, Public Works, Street Division, herein referred to as City, is requesting sealed bids for gasketed sewer pipe for use in the operations of the Street Division in Jefferson City, Missouri. The contractor shall deliver, FOB Destination, gasketed sewer pipe SDR 35 as listed on the pricing form within the time specified or agreed upon by the City. The City is requesting 12", 15" and 18" pipe in 14' lengths. Items bid must include all shipping and handling (FOB Destination) to the following addresses: 2310 Hyde Park Rd Jefferson City, MO 65109. Question Deadline 01/14/2025 at 4:00 PM CT All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted through electronically. After that, questions will be directed to Leigh Ann Corrigan, Purchasing Agent, 320 E. McCarty, Jefferson City, MO 65101; 573-634-6325; or lcorrigan@jeffersoncitymo.gov. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, for the convenience of the City, without penalty or recourse, by giving written notice to the contractor at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of such termination. The contractor shall be entitled to receive compensation for services and/or supplies delivered to and accepted by the City pursuant to the contract prior to the effective date of termination.
