The general description of the Scope of Work (SOW) for this project is to provide the district with the network electronics at six (6) buildings. In addition to the forgoing SOW, all Bids must comply with all sections of this RFP and the Products and Services Specifications set forth in sections 8.0.0 through 9.0.0. The District reserves the right of cancellation for non-performance of the terms specified in the awarded contract. The District's Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole, or in part, and accept any Bid or portion of the Bid that, in their opinion, best serves the interests of the District. The Bidder shall submit a five percent (5 %) Bid Bond, of the total base Bid price, made payable to Pinconning Area Schools, with the sealed Bid.
