**As of September 03, 2025, the project was awarded to Manhattan Construction Company & RFB Contractors, JV, with an awarded amount of $11,284,168.35.** This project consist of demolition of an existing 1-story Fire Station, site clearing, and construction of a new 2-story, fully sprinklered fire station building with site improvements, and other work indicated in the contract Documents. A. This Division covers the general provisions for the commissioning of mechanical systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems. B. Commissioning is the systematic process of ensuring that building systems perform interactively according to the Owner's project requirements and the operational requirements specified in other Divisions. The Commissioning Authority (CxA) shall oversee and coordinate equipment start-up, system performance, testing, adjusting, and balancing, control system calibration, construction and system documentation, and Owner training. C. Specific requirements of the commissioning process and responsibilities, duties, and obligations of the Commissioning Authority are described in this Section. To accomplish these duties, the Commissioning Authority shall coordinate his activities with other entities. A.
