Construction Management Services for Airport Rail Station Improvements, HNL In accordance with Section 103D-304, HRS, the Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), Airports seeks the services of qualified general engineering firms to provide construction management services for the construction of the "Airport Rail Station Improvements, HNL" project at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, State Project No. AO1012-25.
