Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a parking garage.
The scope of work consists of the installation of pavement markings, bollards and light fixtures at Level 4 of Terminal 2 Parking Garage and International Parking Garage (IPG), installation of light fixtures along the ground level path from IPG to Terminal 2, replacement of covered walkway in front of Building 349 and modification of signage related to rail station and bus stops. The estimated cost of construction is between $3,800,000.00 and $4,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering "A" or General Building "B" license at the time of bidding. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO no later than July 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., HST. RFI questions received after the stated deadline shall not be addressed. Substitution Requests received after the stated deadline shall not be considered. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals in the best interest of the public.
