Renovation of a fire / police facility in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City of North Charleston is seeking Proposals for the Construction of a Shipboard Firefighting Training Facility, which will be located at 7270 Cross County Road, North Charleston, SC 29418. The projected budget for this project which includes all design services, engineering services, all architectural services, all permitting, all construction services, quantity identification, project design, labor hours, subcontractor fees, material prices, equipment cost, indirect cost, and profit is not to exceed $3,000,000.00. The City of North Charleston is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages a 20% participation goal from MBE / WBE / DBE / LGBTQ+ businesses. A contract is expected to be awarded on or around February 20, 2025. Questions and Answer End Date: Friday, December 27, 2025, by 4:00 P.M. eastern standard time, shall be responded to by form of Addenda issued no later than Monday, December 30, 2024.
