The 2025 work will include performing an environmental assessment and demolishing the buildings for the developer to construct parking. The work will occur around 815-907 SW Washington. The future work will include constructing a parking deck. The project is included in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 31, 2025, project is funded for FY2025 and beyond FY2029. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
