This is a Summary of the Architectural Services for the Project herein; reference the RFQ and any all other documents and information pertaining to the Project as contained in this solicitation. Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA) and State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), the School Board of Volusia County Florida hereby publicly announces the need to procure Architectural Services for Pine Ridge High, 20 Classroom Addition. The estimated construction cost is $ 21,000,000.00 The specified services shall include all types and manner of professional services related to architectural services including, but not limited to, complete architectural design services, school campus planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, irrigation and plumbing engineering, construction administration, estimating and interior design. The anticipated scope of the Project shall consist of a one-story, masonry construction, twenty classroom building to include restrooms, storage rooms, mechanical room and associated site work. Prototype facility preferred. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Firm shall be responsible for all services as set forth in the architectural services contract document; draft document attached to this RFQ. The School Board reserves the right to negotiate contract terms with selected Firm prior to execution, at its discretion. The size, scope, and complexity of the Project under this contract will be determined based upon specific requirements of the Project as determined by School Board representatives and/or designated architect/engineers that are involved with the Project.
