Site work for a water / sewer project in College Station, Texas. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide design services for replacement of approximately 1900 LF of wastewater collection lines, in 36" and 30" sizes, from a tie-in location near Pleasant Forest Drive to Texas Avenue. Design phase services will include survey, preparation of easement documents, and route study. Construction phase services will include materials testing, monthly progress meetings, submittal and pay application review. As of November 7, 2025, the design firm has been selected. The construction document completion timeline has not been released. However, the project is on hold for easement acquisition. Further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
