Renovation of a military facility in Hampton, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The purpose of this project is to modernize the elevator in Building 15 at Joint Base Langley-Fort Eustis to meet current standards for safety, accessibility, and operational efficiency. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the modernization, ensuring compliance with ADA, ANSI, fire safety, and other applicable codes. Please see the attached Statement of Work. The Government is seeking quotes under FAR Part 13. If interested, please contact MSgt Nicholas Hazelett at nicholas.hazelett@us.af.mil. The Government is soliciting quotes for this requirement directly via email, and a separate solicitation will not be posted to SAM.gov. These services are commercial, and FAR Part 12 applies. Davis Bacon wage rates also apply.
