The Louisville Zoological Gardens (Louisville Zoo) is requesting proposals from qualified providers of preconstruction services relating to the Kentucky Trails Exhibit. Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Dec 26th 2024, 3:00 PM EST Kentucky Trails will be an exhibit unlike anything the Louisville Zoo has created in the past. This ambitious project is to be located on 20 undeveloped acres near two popular Zoo exhibits, Glacier Run and Snow Leopard Pass. Kentucky Trails will be an extensive, interactive, naturalistic experience, providing up-close encounters with species such as bison, elk, black bear, bobcat, and other iconic native animals. In addition to amazing animal encounters, Kentucky Trails will feature new rides and attractions allowing for guests to explore the Zoo in surprising ways, immersive experiences at the Kentuckiana Conservation Center highlighting our partnership with Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources, and new event spaces.
