Project Cost Estimate, Budgeting, and Schedule Planning d. DDW Initial Coordination 4. Pilot Testing Engineering Assistance a. Pilot Testing Equipment Procurement b. Pilot Testing Implementation and/or Oversight c. Pilot Testing Report d. DDW Coordination 5. Property Acquisition a. Work with Land Owners to negotiate purchase of property b. Provide legal descriptions c.
