Site work and new construction of a residential development in Taos, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Taos Pueblo requests bids from qualified General Contractors licensed in the State of New Mexico for construction services for the Na'Tehsieme Housing Development located on Taos Pueblo Lands, consisting of twenty-one single-family homes on individual lots, a single one-bedroom fourplex building, and five attached two-story townhomes. Proposals will be reviewed by Taos Pueblo, which reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any deficiencies. U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Contracting Provisions (HUD), Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, and New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax will apply to the project. Interested parties can request electronic access to bid forms, project manuals (specifications), construction drawings, and additional detailed information.
