Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a transportation facility in Napaskiak, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the construction of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The Contractor shall provide professional electrical engineering services in support of the Contracting Agency's in-house design. Services include design of new construction, demolition, relocations, and adjustment of electrical infrastructure as required by the Contracting Agency's civil design of the subject project. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately February 2025 to November 2026. Cost of these professional services is between $100,000 and $150,000. Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTD number: (907) 269-0473, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
